Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Online

It took me a while to find this program but now I have! Its usefulness and ease of use with an detailed explanation of what is what is definetely for ppl who wants to make life easier. Hmm… Most easy way to tell my opinion:
+easy to use
+handy
+it really makes cool colors
+you can create colored server/rabbits name

Ok… And the only bad thing is that you can’t color your rabbit in single player, because I think it’s quite boring to keep playing in single player mode as original Jazz/Spaz/Lori. But the best thing is that it works.! d(’_’)b

Like I told already, the program is easy to use. And I haven’t saw any bugs so far, or is it just me that I never find bugs? xD Well, it’s only good that I can’t find bugs. x)

And now… My rating is 9.7, because it is a good program. You should be happy because many other JJ2 players have liked this program.

This is really great, u can put a longer name then in regedit and also do all kind of lettres like Ðç4óØÖü etc.

This review is much basically the same as the others.

JazzEd lets you enables you to edit fur colors, name characters and colors, and server characters and colors. So why download this if JJ2 alone can do most of the stuff? Well, you can edit the fur colors ,the player and server names with JJ2 but you only get a limited selection and to expand your selection, what you would normally do is go to regedit and edit the stuff to your liking. Now, this program lets you do all the cool stuff you can do with regedit, without having to run regedit and accidentally mess up the registry. Besides that, all the help you will ever need can be found in the program screen itself, while you are editing, or the text files (English and Dutch) included. All in all, I must say this is a great program.

I was just wondering if anyone knows why the colours look wierd ie. with outlines (j2c doesn’t explain it well)

Each part of the sprite uses 8 colours. When you choose a colour, it and the seven after it are the colours in the sprite; thus if you choose 16 it will have all green colours. If you do 18, it will be a slightly darker green and the outline will be red. Maybe you could add that to the help area thingy.

This is very useful. I used to hack the registry for this kind of stuff, but I couldn’t. I had to repatch my listservers, and it got rid of where you change my name. Then someone suggested this to me. It worked. Also, my brother likes it, because he does not know how to hack the registry. This is very fast, and is easier than hacking. Thus, the 10 rating.

Bunny…how can you say such a thing!? This is an awesome program! I hate fooling with the registry because it takes so long and is plain annoying. This speeds the process up plus gives you a preview of the colors and it will save your screenshots for you (I love mine :P). It also (though very annoying) lets you customize the server name in the same way.

Definite download if you haven’t already done so!

Admins…if you’d be so kind as to delete my other review and switch this to a 9.5, I would be ever so gracious.

Great program with tons of options , and it allows any jazz 2 player to make unique names and fur colours, so you

Thank Aiko here for making this, due the fact that I got sick of going to regedit,trying to figure out the exact color I wanted for solids, having to go to the chara map for the no colon, and all that junk. Also, servers were very annoying to me. Plus, with XP, I have more symbols! Mao hao hao!

after i downloaded this and used it, i think it messed up my game or sumthing cause every time i run jazz 2 and start a game it crashes and give me bout 100 access violations then a illegal operation :(
could be something else doing this but this program might have done it

Does everything but is kinda annoying that you have to shut the program down and restart it to change players…And no autodetect…

WOW!! THIS IS COOL!!
Now I can get a colored name with playing JJ2 online!! That’s very cool. Also, you can make your server name colored!! Thx for making this stuff, AIKO! I mean it seriusly, you MUST download it, you can do real cool things with it!! Try it out, I’ll say.
Oh, allmost forgotten, you can set MUTCH colors for the rabbit fur. ALSO COLORS YOU CANT SET NORMAL INTO THE GAME IF YOU CHOOSE YOUR PLAYER!!

Great things: You can give your rabbit new colors for the fur, you can make your name colored(in online gaming), and the server name can be colored and ITS EASY TO USE!!

Bad things: Well it’s a bit messy. And its ONLY for MP. :|

this work on vista?i cant use it bcs it says (this application has failed to start because MSVBVM50.DLL was not found.Re-installing the application may fix the problem)

Great program, works fine on linux in wine. Too bad I can’t just click color I want instead of writing it manually – color samples you attached look like color palette so I thought it’s clickable xP. Another problem is that in-game colors not always come out exactly like on picture. But I still recommend it, it makes changing nickname/fur colors really easy. I’d rate 10 or so if not these two issues.
