List Server Update: American list server is now back

The American list server after almost 3 weeks of not being part of the List Server network, has finally rejoined and is now actively mirroring with the European List Server.

So you for americans out there (or canadians), you can now safely apply 'America.reg' to your jj2 again (if you want, but hey, you may prefer the European List Server :D)
