There is currently a small delay for this tournament. Reason is that i didn't recieve all the goodies and prices yet from all the sponsors.

Also the summer period would fit better for the most of the players. So this project is now on hybernation.

In that case, why don't you just dissolve the forum and start a topic in the correct forum when you think you can get this to work? Unlike, I mean, most of the other random tries to do something like this.

I have to agree. This forum is not very active, and all of it falls perfectly into the already existing Tournament forum.

Also...we have sponsors? Who? Oh, well. Hopefully it will work out, although I have to say I think this may be delayed into oblivion like every single every tournament like this one.

Ok, now how about answering the questions/statements that were actually somewhat important?

I predict. 3 months from now.

I don't have much faith anymore in this tournament at all... The plan is great, but there just aren't (m)any really active skilled clans on Jj2 left..

the tournament will happen. Just takes longer. How unclear is that?

Thats true, thats why i allow more teams from one clan OR just a gathered up 4on4 team. (Except they can't use the same players): Example, if you played for CC-1 in this tournament, you cannot play for CC-2 anymore.

Also i'm strict. If only 1 team shows up this whole tournament. That team get's their prize.

So, does that mean that people of several clans may be in the same team, as long as there's 4 of them?

yes
In other words, this is less of a clan tournament than a plain-vanilla tournament that excludes those who are not in clans?

i wanted to flame you now but i don't. Christ read what the tournament is
"Jazz 2 Online World Championship CTF 4on4 " WHERE on earth do you read its a clan tournament?

Your negative comments and show lack of interest against everyone and every person here starts to pretty annoy me.

There's no need to flame, you oxymoron from Planet Face.

I got the impression from your closing of the original topic on this that it was a clan tournament:

Gool Luck and Have fun clans

I think that it was a fair assumption to make, myself. What defines a "team," exactly? Can it just be a random compilation of people or does there have to be some link between them?

My comments are not negative. You can interpret them as such, but I did not think that they showed negativity. I do not lack interest; if I did, I would not be posting. ;-P

I'd say it's pretty obvious there does not need to be "some link between them" since the only link that could be between people playing JJ2 that matters are clans, and Shadow already stated that it's not a clan tournament.
