I had many comments on "Top 3 Tilesets", most of the tilesets in the top 3 have a 5 or lower.

Of course, it doesn't really reflect well on the state of tilesets to have two of the three with grades of 5.0 or lower.

Probably not, but it is extra incentive to release better tilesets if people see the lack of competition and whatnot.

We will have entries lower than a 5 on the Top entries of the moth. That means the best of the month, not the baddest.

Think about it, if there were three tilesets uploaded in the month, one rated 1.0, another rated 1.1, and another rated 1.2, those don't deserve to get any awards at all.

hardly anything gets above a 7 anyway. And further more, it's the top entires of the month. Just because it's rated low dosen't make it not the top of the month.
