I'm making a level based on a Genesis game, and to get the music as close to the original as possible, I have downloaded the .gym files, which are the exact files from inside the game used to play the music, and I was wondering if there was a possible way to convert them into a music format Jazz 2 can read. The GYM2MID program I have reduces the quality greatly and I was just wondering if anyone knew of a way to make the music less...sucky.

I'm sorry I can't answer your question. But ask a man named Alberto. He's the music expert of the community. BTW, I hope you don't have Windows XP.
I say that only if you can't use ModPlug Tracker to do this conversion...

I'd say your best bet is to check whether or not someone has already converted the tune you need to a module (MOD/S3M/XM/IT). Google is your friend...
I've yet to come over a converter from GYM/VGM to mod myself. So if no one has done it before you're best off trying to create it yourself.
