I don't know why it doesn't work.

It does not work because the basis of text art is that every character is the same length. When you type in the reply box though, the font is not like that of the code tag which makes every character the same width.

It's illegal to download the TSF full version. You can, however, download the shareware (but nobody uses that). Anyway, there's plenty of 1.23 servers.
