View Full Version : Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Ladder (Clanbase)

I was bored enough to visit Clanbase (http://www.clanbase.com)'s website and I found out a Ladder Petition (http://www.clanbase.com/ladderpetition.php). I think there is a tiny chance they will make a Jazz Jackrabbit 2 ladder if about 200 of us will vote for that. Don't you think so? Let's just try... o.O

My idea is that one of us will sumbit a 4vs4 tournament for JJ2 and everyone of us will vote for that ladder. I hope we will get at least 200 votes and then they will think about making a ladder for us..

UPDATE: Flash registered us to the petition. Go to http://www.clanbase.com/ladderpetition_vote.php?lpid=2118 and vote for this! If your clan is already registered, you don't have to. CLANMEMBERS, GO AHEAD!

JDC is not a tournament for 4vs4 CTF, you know.

as ClanBase crew i doubt we get it if nobody here supports it.. but if we, i'll support it and recommand it. Via me its 10 times faster.

MoonBlase: JDC is more league based then Ladder based because it runs in seasons. Ladders continues day in day out and never ends...


FYI: There are 2 JJ2 people active at clanbase.. me as, ClanBase TV/Radio Supervisor and ClanBase Game Supervisor RTCW. Deadlock is ClanBase UT CTF Cup Supervisor ;P

I doubt theres enough people to paticipate, and how many people can we get? 50? This idea will most likely fail.

But if you still want to go ahead, its better to let Shadow take care of it, he knows ClanBase best then any of us here.

He didn't like the idea so that's out of the question. Might as well let R3ptile handle this matter since it was his idea.

After that ClanBase might need extra crew members (Game Supervisor/Ladder Supervisor)

This is a great idea but we dont have alot of people i dont think that actually play jazz alot..

I suggest spontaneously making up a clan. They'll never know the difference. Except for maybe ShadowGPW, but he can keep a secret maybe.

B: I know the chief ladder sup Ascendent well, infact spended a few days with him on Drome Lan. (The one who is responsable for all games and ladders)
C: I myself am a respected admin for over 2 years now. }>

but there is one but.. don't sign twice. It's ip/hostmask logged. If you can use real clan sites.

Clanless =D and it doesn't want more than one person from any given clan, so that puts a lot of restrictions on the number of signings.

That doesn't matter afaik. A lot of clanless people have signed and yet they count, it seems. Maybe the administrators filter them out, but try it anyway ;)

We should try to start Ladder on CB, it will be so cool :-) If you don`t have clan, you can register as One-member clan :p More people should support it...
Btw. Does this Pettion has some time limit ? or something ?
