It seems like I always leave jazz for a few months and then I need to download new files just to play online. So what do I need to download at this point in time?

The latest listserver patch, and since you already have the 1.23 patch that's all. The new patch is somewhere on J2O, or right <a href="http://www.jazzjackrabbit.net/download.php">here.</a>
