Upload error

I tried to upload something on J2O today, and instead of getting the usual upload screen I recieved this: "Uploading of files has sadly been shutdown for several days as we move around w. It will be back up soon."

I was wondering what this means exactly, and if there is any more information regarding when I'll be able to upload files again.
