Hello
I was wondering if a generous artist could do me a favor. I need a very standard picture of Jazz from the front, side, and top. I would like the top pose without a head so I can see the body better.
I would like the picture to fit the bone structures shown below:

The purpose of these pictures is to help me make a 3D Jazz model in 3DS Max. Also, I would like the picture to not be colored, and Jazz having a standard look on his face. I will give you credit for helping me make the model. I will choose the best submission, so make it good.
Thank you very much.

I think there was a front an side view made for JJ3... look around and you'll probably be able to find that somewhere.

I want to have several options to choose from... and choose the one that looks most like the REAL Jazz... fan art usually doesn't look quite right.... I want to see who can do the best poses.
Edit: That picture of Jazz with the painter's outfit on gave me a good idea.... the model will allow clothes to be added. :)

To be honest, people are unlikely to make several drawings for you unless you first show that you actually will be able to do something with them. Do you have any prior works to display?

If fanart usually dosn't look right, why are you asking us to do it?

Nevermind... I'll just use one of Noogy's pictures... which is fine... I like his work. :)

Your skeletal structure is odd. His head just juts out from his body at a 90 degree angle, making it look like he has atrocious posture.

It is the default skeleton for Jedi Knight Jedi Academy. The bones you see on the head are actually controlling the facial movements... not the top of the head.
I might just go and make a model for Doom 3 instead... I want to stay ahead.

He seriously doesn't need that many bones. Articulating all the fingers is okay if you really want to, but that poor guy has three elbows and two knees.

lol... I think the reason there is so many bones is because the game uses something called caps... which are ends to the segmented body parts... Jedi Academy needs these caps because in the game you can dismember people with a lightsaber... not that I would want dismembering in a Jazz game... but who knows... I might want to test the full capabilities of the game with a Jazz model...
btw... Jedi Academy does not have blood... kinda weird for it to have dismembering but no blood.... I guess the saber cauterizes (sp) the veins and arteries.

You know.. Jazz is a rabbit, not a human. Hopefully you'll take this into consideration when you're rigging him. :P And cutting down on the number of bones will obviously enhance performance.

yes yes... I am watching my polycount :7
I still haven't found an uber picture to use yet....
If anyone knows where I can find the pictures that were referenced in the second post let me know! I need something! :(

I just tryed looking around again, and apparently Noogy doesn't have his Jazz 3D stuff up, and the JJ3 FAQ that was on J2O isn't up either.

I wonder if Epic had something to do with that.... maybe I could just email him and he could explain... or I could post a message on his board....

Noogy's been working on Elysian Tail 24/7 and his website has started to... fall apart. Spring's site is gone, bits of the gallery are disappearing, the forum is starving, and he's talking about taking the whole thing offline.

Is this what you were talking about?
