Having problems getting the server list.

I just installed 1.23... I tried to connect to the server list but it won't connect... Can anyone help, I havn't played online for 4 years and I really want too now...

By the way, of course I downloaded the Patch that's in the downloads section... It still doesn't seem to work.... grrrr... That's why I posted here. I'm using WinXP, btw.

oh... AND it dosn't give me an error, it just keeps flashing "retrieving server lists" over and over.

That's all the info I have.

If it flashes that message, it probably means there are no servers up. Get someone to host a server, and see if you can see that one.

A common mistake as Unknown Rabbit has pointed out is that if there is no servers up, jj2 keeps saying Retrieving server as if it cant connect to the list.

Can you get the games in progress from http://www.digiex.net/jj2gip
Then when you see a game is up, try it in your JJ2. :)

Thats guys... Turns out there we're no games... I havn't played for 4 or 5 years, so I was expecting a huge list of games... :_(
