Installing the server list patch?

I have no clue how to do it. I downloaded the .reg file and the update. But how do I install the America.reg file?

If you have any version of Windows just open it. It will ask you if you want to add entries to your registry. Just click Yes.

Btw, you should of made this in Technical Help... but whatever.
