How do i install my own edited laungage files so i can choose them from the laungage menu in Jazz 2?
Example: i edit the english.j2s file and save it as swedish.j2s. When i open Jazz 2 i cant find it in the laungage menu in the options menu.
Any help out there?

Save it as English.j2s
That way JJ2 will think your swedish language file is the English one and it will probably work.
I didn't try that, but it could be a possible solution.
IMPORTANT: Make a backup of the original file or it will be overwritten and lost until you re-install JJ2.
Wasn't there a swedish language file?

Tried to save as english.j2s (and i did make a backup) but i got a fatal application error.
And in my version of jj2 1.23, i can´t find a swedish laungage file. Do you have it PHT?

Making your own language files requires a knowledge of hex editing. Basically, the one rule:
The filesize must the same as the original. This means it has to contain the same number of signs.

I just looked, I did not get Swedish. Does that mean you got sold a game which isn't even available in your language? That sux. >:-(
What JSZ means basically makes sense.
The best way to make sure not to change the filesize is to use the "overtype" function. There's a key for activating it on your keyboard.
Hope that helps. If you didn't use the overtype function before, best is you first get familiar with it in word or something like that.

In Microsoft Word you could use the Insert key, but I don't exactly know/

Actually it's pretty easy, juste dit the text strings in English.j2s and make sure the filesize stays the same.

I don't know what it's called in your language, so I'll describe where on the keyboard it is instead of trying to translate the key name to swedish. :P
At the right there is a single block of 2x3 keys. The first one should be named something like "insert" in Swedish.
However, it's easier to ask for the Swedish version and not make it yourself. :P

Hey, it's better than getting just the Swedish version of games. That has happened at times and it is very annoying. And yeah, I'm Swedish too! Why are so many people online Swedish?
