I could of sworn it was part of the OLC Battle Pack... but it's not... I must of got it off a server that was using it...
Let me see if I can describe it...
Electric drum kit samples
Synth Brass 2, most likely
Synth Bass
It's not a Jazz tune. It might be an Unreal tune.
It's in IT or S3M format.

I think that we'll need a bit more info than that. What was it like? Hectic? Calm?

Sounds kinda like club music, except it's more pushy.
And the synth brass is the main instrument. It slides a lot.

It could be Neve.s3m as used here (http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/downloads/info.php?levelID=664).

If it's an unreal music then can you describe a level that uses it? (One level that uses Neve's Crossing is DM-Titania, and is memorable for the great big titan hiding in the bottom).

It's not Neve. It may not be Unreal music.
The drums in Neve are way too heavy.
Which song did Alexander Brandon do for a demo?
It kinda sounds like the JJ3 type music... gar... if only I could remember the name.

There's still describing the level you heard it in. My only other guess is Shared Dig (DigSh.s3m (http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/downloads/info.php?levelID=2860)).

The song is called "Alliance" by DRAX and is part of the Agent Jackrabbit SP I downloaded on FQuist's recommendation. It's a good song.
Sorry, you'll see why it's hard to describe.
Alliance.xm
I thought it was IT or S3m... guess not.
