To celebrate the new year, and as part of a J2O-wide new year's event, the JCF is holding a contest to select the best threads of the year 2004. It's now time for JCF members to vote on the previously nominated threads. The poll will be open until Tuesday 25 January, barring extensions of the deadline because of a lack of votes.

Not many threads were nominated, but if you disliked the nominations you could have nominated threads yourself:

Violet: This poll is not about the thread's start post but about the thread's content as a whole, so it goes farther than if something is just a repost. Imo there is very interesting content in the thread and that's why I nominated it.
