Instagib Server

Hi everyone!

When i join instagib servers with like, 8 ppl in them, the level is empty.
No jazzez, spazzez whatsoever.
Where are everyone in those instagib servers?

I don't understand what you're saying. You say these servers have 8 people in them, but they're also empty?

The levels are small, really small, so i dont understand why i couldn´t find them.

Does it matter now? The server isn't up anymore. Plus when you checked the serverlists, it could've been right before Nimrod's server crashed and you could've joined right after he restarted.

I experienced the same problem when i joined Dx´s instagib server some months ago.
But i guess it doesn´t matter anymore.

And I don't like playing in small levels. Everything happens too fast there.

If you have connection problems and time out thirty seconds after joining, you will typically not see anyone in the server.

I too like small levels but only if they
1. Don't have any homings.
2. Still have places to hide at
3. Aren't too crowded with players.

We run a certain program by Overlord, which edits everyones health to 1, so first shot kills instantly. Its based on the UT mutator "InstaGib".

As to why there why it said 8 players but you couldnt see anyone, I have no idea. As someone said, it could have just been as the game crashed.

This is why. You can always join servers, but if someone says they can only host, it generally means that they time out 30 seconds after joining the server. During that time, you will be unable to see anyone.
