Is this a reference to anything? Is it supposed to represent a virus turning turtles blue with glowing red eyes - an EVIL GENE? What does it have to do with the episode? The background is some takeoff of Dreempipes, I think.

I think it's a reference to the Terminator, but don't quote me, I may be wrong.

I guess it slightly resembles that, but I'm certainly not convinced.

Edit: No, wait, it makes sense. Chase begins with Marbelara, playground of the Schwarzenguards. It's certainly not a very accurate parody, but I'll accept that as the source.
