can it with Normal psp

or do i need a other prog for it?

Well, I open targas with Paint Shop Pro 3.11.

eh Targas?

and i dont have psp 3.11

only got the standart and psp7

I thought it also worked for PSP4.

I have psp 7 ESD(whatever thats supposed to mean) and it can open tga files
