J2o problems

Uhm guys, ryu has a little problem. J2o doesnt work for him. He tried on IE and on Firefox. Before this, he had to format his pc, cuz he couldnt get into windows.
Now that's about all I know. Except that other sites work for him.
So uhm, anyone got a idea what could be wrong?
