Episodes in HH'98

I was messing with HH'98 earlier, and I decided to try and make it have playable registered episodes...

So I tried the simple way, replacing the .j2e files, and to my surprise, they were all the exact same in filesize.

So, now I don't quite understand how it works. Is it in the exe, or what?
