I have the "Conntion timed out" error on my computer. My dad did every thing he can before dinner. help :confused:

Do you have a router/firewall? You probably need to open ports 10052-10054 TCP and UDP to that computer.

Me and my dad tried that many times. I'm not sure it will work. :(

Open ports on your modem maybe? Sounds awkward I know, but it worked for me.

make sure your firewall is off ;)

If all hope is lost, you can always put your PC in your router's DMZ. If you do so, make sure you run a software firewall though.

but what is a dmz? i mean i know what it is but would you have to open ports if u put it on? meanin your dmz?
