I just recently formatted my HDD for the sake of getting rid of Kernel32.dll problems. I thought everything's gonna be okay, but now I have a different problem. I can't log in on DeviantART and Jazz2Online. On the JCF and Blah forums I can log in easily, but even if I check the remember me tickbox, I still have to log in each time I enter. As for the places I can't log in, the way it goes is that the server accept login and password - on J2O for example the "you have been logged in" page does appear... however, when I'm back to main page I'm still not logged in. If I enter a wrong password, it does say I typed in wrong. I think this has something to do with cookies, but I'm confused as I didn't change any IE settings since the Windows reinstalling. BTW, it started when I tried to log in using IE4, but I installed IE6 and it still goes on. I even tried clearing cookies and the whole temporary internet files.

Well, I think there's an option to set the length of keeping cookies in IE (or Firefox, but if that's so, then I can't really help you), and one of them would be "until IE closes." Or, your cookie security level is too high. DeviantART, though I think doesn't support IE, so that might be part of it.
