uhh, jj2 is really hard to find. even if u bought 1.22 or earlier though it would still work. u would just need to get the patch to make it 1.23.
keep trying ebay maybe u will get lucky!

Yeah, but I want v1.23 because I don't want to have to install the patch every time I play it. I want it for completeness mostly.

u wont have to install the patch every time u play it, only when u install jj2 for the first time. really, i dont think jj2 1.23 was ever released on cd. i may be wrong but every one that ive seen has been 1.22 or earlier.

I meant every time I install it. My computer is really crummy, and I constantly have to reboot it. And I'm pretty sure it was released on CD.

You only have to install the game and patches once, unless you erase your hard drive or registry. Then you have to install them again.

There are no editions of JJ2 for sale that come with 1.23 out of the box. You just have to get the patch. You don't need to reinstall it every time you reboot, just every time you format your computer or delete or mess up your jj2 or registry.

JJ2 has really gone through a major depreciation...
