So ,this is a contest for tileset makers ,,,,you just make a tileset of 20-40 tiles you make less or more you might loose...so you know what to do now...go and make ....oh you want to know whats the price.....well ..there is something...ah yea ,who wins he gets a ....level...with his tileset ...(only in TSF).....but still do it!!!! :7 do i make my self clear?

I don't think your description is clear enough. Plus, in order for a contest to be good, it usually needs to contain a theme, and prizes, so people have reason to enter.

Unfortunately, the prize isn't very good. It's just a level that's TSF only. Not everyone has that here. I'd rather have a prize as a level that is done by a professional. No offense.
