Define "hire".

He means that he'll play for you in clanwars, but he won't join your clan.

That would be actually cool to hire mercenaries to fight for your team in clan wars, but I get a feeling that most clans would think its unfair that their opponent has others fighting for their clan because it doesn't really demonstrate the clans skills if they hire others in their stead.

But it'd still be cool. Maybe like a clan of mercenaries, and you can hire people from it for clan wars in exchange for services/goods for the clan/member who's being hired. Things like money, invites to things like filecloud, webspace, you know. Useful stuff.

What sers said. Mr. Master Sven is speaking of "hiring", and not "borrowing". This obviously means he needs something in return. But what is it?

However, his grasp on english isnt the best. So he can simply have meant that he wants to join a clan temporarily.

LOL, I know you could consider some people really sore losers on this game, but your signature makes it seem like you get gold for winning i.e. you have exaggerated how important this game is. I'm not complaining though.
