Is there a 1.24 patch for Jazz 2 (not TSF, Jazz 2)?

There is no legal patch to convert 1.23 to 1.24. They are two different games - 1.24 is not an upgrade to 1.23.

Actually, it can be, but you will need both a copy of Jazz Jackrabbit 2, and Jazz Jackrabbit 2: The secret Files. (In my experience anyway.)

I have mine working by putting TSF on top of my JJ2 installation, and it's working fine.

Malice, that way you'll mess your own Jazz2 retail game and won't be able to join 1.23 servers

Unless you use PC4, of course. You could also just copy 1.23 to another location and do that.
