HELP! Connection Timeout

I have everything properly configured, but I still get a timeout error after 30 seconds in JJ2 1.23. Can anyone help? I have norton systemworks, but I disable Internet Worm Protection when i play and I have Window Firewall off when i try. I have a Westell Versalink Router with aDSL. Ports 10052 to 10054 TCP & UDP forwarded to this pc.

1.23? Strange... maybe it's because there are no active servers at the moment. If it says "retrieving server list" before the connection timeout, there are 95% chances no JJ2 servers are active.

I'm openning the games from "http://www.jazz2online.com/J2Ov2/gip.php" and get a timout after 30 seconds of playing the game.

Sorry, I did think speedtouch was a program. My router is from Verizon, Westell Versalink, Speedtouch isnt anywhere on it.
