Making compact lan version of jj2

Hi, i'm making a lan version for jj2, without levels and tilesets, because they will download from the server. How can i trick the jj2.exe into not detecting if there are low/high quality movies and just load the low-q movies? because that would save me some space (and bandwidth). My setup file is now 21,1 MB big. I would like to shrink this. Can i shrink anims.j2a? maybe by deleting the jazz-pieces?

i know... i deleted, but still, thanks.
BTW english.j2z/x is the original language file for english, en renamed trhe dutch.j2s to english.j2s, so i needed a back-up. Still do, if someone needs english.
