Writers?

We have an art forum for people who draw pictures or flash animations, and we have a forum for "Jazz 2 Stories", but where are stories unrelated to Jazz supposed to go? It's not like the art forum is restricted to Jazz-related pictures.

I would call fictional writing, like poetry, art. I guess. :p
Otherwise, post it in the Misc. forum. :p

From my experience, the War Tavern has been pretty lax about the rule of only allowing JJ related stories..

Anything situated in a moderately JJ2 related universe or in some way related to the community (naming a horse after an admin counts) can go in the WT, and things that are entirely unrelated yet still really, really cool can usually stay too. If you're worried about getting it thrown in the miscpit, go to the Art Forum. Writing is art. Moreso than half the stuff in the Art Forum.

I stopped posting my writings because I was unsure about the rules regarding non-JJ2 literature and did not want to post it in Miscellaneous. The last time I posted a story in Miscellaneous, it was crowded out within the next couple of days and I simply had the thread deleted. This was a while back, before we started having spam trolls and such. I would probably just put whatever you were interested in sharing in the War Tavern anyway. If people complain, they have a problem. The WT doesn't have enough action anyhow.

We don't have an art forum in the jj2 section, yet jazz related art is there.

I think the WT should be moved to the non jazz related forums if possible.
