Have you ever made a level where you have used coins for one purpose but you want to collect things in order to get a bonus such as a powerup? Well, I just thought of and tried out a way and it seems to work. Its pretty straight-forward.

All you need to do is put food instead of coins in an area. Once you have sugar rush, you can run into a tube with just "SUCK" inside it and let it lead you away. Put a bonus such as a powerup inside this tube so that the sugar rush smashes it so that you claim the bonus. It's so simple, its just another sort of coin if you think of it one way.

So therefore it is 2 types of coins that work validly in 2 different ways. Use them for different purposes. Easy as that, I think I was the 1st one to think of this, and I'm using it in one of my races. I decided to show you all this new method.

It seemed to work when I tried it. If it doesn't for you, talk to 911. K? Have fun and best wishes.

You were first with this? Yeah, right. :p

But I personally will credit you for this great idea until somebody comes and says otherwise.

I seem to recall suggesting something similar to Mike about a year ago, though neither of us ever did anything with it.

The problem is that your food doesn't reset when you die.

It also stays between levels. What you do is give the player a sugar rush at the very start of the level, wait for it to wear off, and Then begin.

Interesting idea.
