On Lori central it mentions Lori has purple eyes [An odd colour, but they'd match her dress and website] Yet the Lori sprites have green eyes.

Also, my 'online manual' for Jazz says that Jazz, Eva and Devan are very, very short. Given Lori's proportions in the game, shouldn't she be little over 3' 7" tall?

The information in Lori Central is almost completely made up and bears little relation to the actual universe. As fun as it would be to imagine Lori dwarfing every other character in the series, that's not going to happen because they're different interperetations - one canonical, one not.
