hi there,
I tried to host a battle game, and it was, but no one joined it
I wondered why not anybody join, and then I found something really strange!
I opened (Games In Progress) page while the game is running and found my server, then I refreashed many times untill one time my server disappeared!
The game was still running and no problem with it but it disappeared from the server list.
And when I tried to click on the server name on the page, no information were availble but that was written instead :
" Unable to access the game server to retrieve information.
Possible Reasons:
· Server is full
· Server is unpingable
· Server has since delisted, Refresh the GIP
· Server has banned the GIP script "
I don't know what is this.
please help me what should I do?

It's not a strange problem, it's probably the most common one. Next time, search around, you should've found the answer really quickly.

Rock-it Rabbit, I'm starting to agree with others on that you should try a couple of searches before posting threads with problems. This forum is filled with explainations of what the problem is and it would have taken five minutes to figure out.

well, i checked the router's firewall settings, and all protocols are allowed in both inbound and outbound, i even disabled it the last time i tried to fix this problem, but nothing changed!!

Could you try to find the specific name of the router you're using? I would like to help, but from what I found TE Data is just the ISP and that doesn't say all that much.

ok man,
i just know that TEDada is only a name, but always the router is named to them but anyway, i'll tell whats written on the behind of the router :
" Full Rate ADSL Router Eathernet + USB
Annex A
Standard : ANSI T1, 413 issue2
ITU-T G992.1(G.dmt) & G.992.2(G.lite)
Power : AC 9V/1A (lol :D )"
Unfortunately I can't find the case of it, so i'll search for it and if u need it tell me
by the way if i start a server and i'm still alone should there be a bound count or it should still zero till someone comes?
thnx ;)

Let me just skip what I was asking before. What did you mean by "all protocols are allowed in both inbound and outbound," and how did you try to disable the firewall.

well, inbound and outbound are a part of the firewall, so no doubt that when I disable the firewall from the router's gateway nothing will be banned!!
I even don't have a firewall program and disabled the firewall of the router itself, but nothing happened
I nearly could join any game and not disconnect from it, but hosting is the presisting problem, and maybe when u answer my last question i'll understand more
thnx :)
