Clicking http://www.jazz2online.com/jcf/images/buttons/quickreply.gif takes me to the new reply page instead of the quick reply box (which is how it used to be).

Same. Weird. It got the same target URL as the "Quote" button next to it.

It doesn't have anything to do with this but I don't feel like opening a new topic and cluttering the topic overview.

The topics in the Forum Rules forum should be stickied so you don't have to select "view everything from the beginning" to view them.

The default thread view for that forum displays everything from the beginning. Do you have a cutoff specified in your options? That would override the forum default.
