Well, how can you have deleted it in the first place... I mean, you deleted the folder and IMMEDIATELY emptied your Recycle bin?
If you want to install it again, pop in the CD. That's all. I did it once, because I didn't notice the uninstall file... xD

No, he disabled the Recycle Bin like everyone else, because it's stupid.

Please give a reason why a recycle bin is stupid. I've been very happy to still have my files after accidentally deleting them. And clearing it from time to time is really not such a big deal. So please don't talk such a garbage.

Do you actually have a CD?

You may be able to recover the deleted folder using a file recovery program such as PC Inspector File Recovery. (http://www.download.com/PC-Inspector-File-Recovery/3000-2248_4-10118664.html?tag=lst-0-1) Data recovery is not guaranteed with this tool, as the data must not have been overwritten by other data after deletion. The more elapsed time since the folder's deletion, the greater the chance you cannot recover it because it becomes far more likely that you have physically overwritten the data.
Good luck.

Or he can just reinstall jj2, which I am sure he bought legally... and if not, he can try his hardest not to obtain it illegally
EDIT:
In order not to be so annoying I searched and found this at Haze's hideout:
Jazz2 Un-Install Aid (http://www.dutchfurs.com/~haze/blog/files.php?download=Li4vZmlsZXMvcGMvcGF0Y2hlcy9qMl9 1bmluc3Quemlw)
".inf file which deletes the Jazz 2 registry keys if you manually deleted Jazz 2 without using the proper uninstall program. If you did this and tried to re-install Jazz 2, an error would occur telling you Jazz 2 was already installed. This program deletes the offending registry keys so that you can re-install without any problems.
To Install: Right-click the j2_uninst.inf file and select Install from the menu. Or double click the .inf file."
