okay,
i have downloaded the patch, and created a sever when i have entered. and the buddy that im playing with, cannot find the server.. \:

help please..

Can you connect to other games? How are you connected to the internet? Are you on a LAN?

I had the same problem a couple months back, and it was mainly because the servers in the J2O patch were out of date. Go to Nimrod's server site (http://community.livejournal.com/jj2listservers/), and click on the "New server patch" topic. This should solve the problem
