Seriously guys, try focusing on the picture rather than the fact that it's related to Pokemon.

I'm no art critic, but I'd say it looks pretty good. The text and background fit nicely with the drawing. The face looks slightly odd due to it being a different color from the rest of the skin, though. It could use some more detail, but that doesn't matter so much because it's a fairly small image. Overall, nicely done. What program did you use to make it?
