I think you got the drawing part down, now work on the coloring part.

Unless you're drawing for the sunday comics...

What you need to do is study the backgrounds in Calvin and Hobbes; they're great one's for perspective and evocative landscapes, Krazy Kat is too.

But you've got character drawing down pat, no improvement needed there.

The part of me that liked Calvin and Hobbes... Kinda died a while ago... Long story...
But I do know what you mean about backgrounds. I used to try drawing stuff that way for the longest time..

Great stuff, Batty B.

You are really developing your skills. Funny to see you are working on perspective. By coincidence I'm taking a class on perspective right now. Also, I like the comic book style of that last image. Do you have any plans in mind for incorporating these things into future comics?

On a side note, I can see why Rad has issues with DeviantArt. About the fifth uber-positive comment and I began to feel an odd feeling in the pit of my stomach :r .

Actually, the main reason I'm doing all these is because I've been taking classes. I'm also doing some more mature stuff over on a furaffinity acount, but since my Starcats comic is more actiony, I'm doing the practicing with shading and stuff with those guys.

As for the comments, well, I don't mind the uber positive, it's just the people who fav, and don't comment..

Don't you ever get tired of writing "Que Passa!!!!" in the start of your posts? If you just put it in your signature, it could have saved you from writing 4604 sentences and still counting.

You don't put Que Passa!!!! in a signature, that would just degrade it, like dressing Jazz in a pink dress and renting him out for $40 an hour. [It should be t least $60!]

Don't you ever get tired of writing "Que Passa!!!!" in the start of your posts? If you just put it in your signature, it could have saved you from writing 4604 sentences and still counting.

(Sigh) I do the Que Passa!!!! at the start of each of my posts cause I happen to like it... And besides, why not ask if anyone gets tired of complaining/correcting/switching the disgussion of the topic to it? I mean, between that and a few other things, I'm actually starting to avoid this place.

Because I was just wondering. In fact, I always did. I've just never bothered to ask as it seemed silly to send a private message about.
