Hey guys this is my first post.
I am looking for a utility that converts .J2b .S3m .Xm .mod files into music that I can listen to in window media player. Do you know of any?

Its nice, but it slightly scrambles .PSM files; what is needed is a utility dedicated to Jazz music files.

I seem to be the main distributor of this link.
Someone's already done all that for you:

JJ3 was a cancelled sequel to JJ2 that was supposed to come out somewhere around 2000. All that was finished was a non-public demo, so it's illegal to own. The music portion however was publicly released by Alexander Brandon.

Then explain how I got a demo and nobody's done anything about that.

Well I got a version that said "JJ3D Multiplayer Demo" inside it.
I also have a version that says "Non-Public Test Demo."
Which one is more accurate

The Non-public one.
