JCS Errors

I know this is stupid...

But are there way to prevent JCS "overuse", so when I have opened 1.24 JCS, and open 1.23 level, and make it for some time, save and run and notice it is 1.24 now... This is really annoying because nowdays I have to use 1.24 and 1.23 BOTH because people play both. So, is there way, when I open 1.23 levels, it automaticly opens 1.23 JCS and same thing on 1.24 levels? And is there way to make 1.24 levels to 1.23 levels because I made a major idiocy and converted my main battle project to 1.24 >_>
