Mod2j2b won't work

Ok maybe this better suited to Technical help, but I can't get mod2j2b to convert any mod files to j2b. Does anyone else have this problem, or know of a way to fix it?

IIRC you have to drag the .mod file onto mod2j2b.exe.

Then again, why do you want to use that? ;P

And I want to change the Menu music for a graphics mod

Tell me if you ever get it to work ;)
Also i think it doesn't work on XP i'am not sure but iam not quite sure.
