Since the other one was closed by mistake, I've put the new one here.

Pest Exterminators, or PE, is a team that eliminates pests from the Jazz Jackrabbit 2 listservers. You can be in a clan too, as we're not a clan, but a team!

NEWS:

Saturday, 29th April 2006
A note that we need more members to actually get going. Black Ninja was outsed due to severe inactivity. Also I'm not answering many questions PE-related today as I'm quite busy doing things for PE myself thanks. Ask them TOMMOROW.

Things we hope to add soon:
* Member Campaign
* A Site. This'll hopefully be done when we have around 7+ members.
* Report Now! Campaign
* Members
* Security Factsheets (thanks form the idea FQuist!)

NOTICES:
URGENTLY REQUESTING NEW MEMBERS!
PE is in urgent need of members. Anyone can join.

MSN CONTACT NEEDED
Members, we need contact! Add pinkfurby@hotmail.com to your MSN list ASAP please. MSN is necessary for meetings, reports and the sort.

HTML HELP NEEDED
We (OK, I) need help with a webbie as I have no HTML knowledge. Apply here.

PROMOTION OF PROGRAMS:
Coming Soon.

MEMBERS
Current Pest Exterminators are:

ShadowRabbitRR

NIFTY REMINDERS:
Report offences via PM to a PE member please. Ty.

Don't forget to wear the PE tag online members!

Have a nice day!
~Shadow

And remember, these are our listservers. If we want to protect them we can't just sit here! Join and/or help Pest Exterminators today to make them enjoyable for everyone!

I think you need to stop taking jokes seriously.
Honestly, I don't see our relationship going farther until you do.

It WAS closed for a reason. If you would TRY acting your age, you'd see it.

The way I see it it wasn't for any reason... meh.
And yes, I like yuu too n00b. FUNNY HOW OBVIOUS BOYS GIVE IT AWAY.

Tip 208: If a thread is posted, never EVER post it again within the next three months. Even if it was closed for an unfair reason or because of some idiot spamming the thread, doing so just makes you look incompetent.

That is at the same time the most awesome smily ever and the most awesome possible use of atrocious smilies.

Back on topic.
ERE article updated, Nimrod seems to forget the day I sent him 4 reports at once, and then he cancelled a few as he went to sleep.

...Aaand I just edited the aforementioned article to remove all pro-PE slant. And to clean it up a bit, too.

Ty for fixing the bullet point, and I'm leaving your edit be as it makes sense and is a bit more technilogical. But I don't get what you mean by NPOV.

Ah. Back on topic now.
Edited a la security bit, it was seriously lacking in the BPC department and an interesting bit added.

Err... "we"?

Yes, we, as in the whole of PE. We is correct grammar, yes.

It WAS closed for a reason. If you would TRY acting your age, you'd see it.
Actually, according to the logs I was apparently the one who closed the thread, and honestly I have no memory of doing so. I likely misclicked somewhere and vBulletin, through it's awesome quick admin functionality-goodness, closed it (it closes a thread if you double-click its icon). My apologies. Still, the thread had devolved into nonsense. This thread provides a fresh start. (next time, don't bump the thread, Shadowrabbit, it's something we discourage)

Not my fault no-one was responding...
Anyways, fresh start, apology taken.

R3ptile

If no one responds, there should be a reason.

NovaStar

If there isn't a reason, no-one responds. Confusing, eh?

If there isn't a reason, don't post the thread =)

If no one responds, there should be a reason.
Ergo, if there isn't a reason, there should be a reason.

Is what I'm trying to say.
And we've spotted AJazz, he's gotten a bit more cleverer and is using mainframes. We'll hopefully have him fixed tho.

Ergo, if there isn't a reason, there should be a reason. altum sonatur, ille quod scripsisti

AJazz has a dynamic IP, as all the worst (-)s do.

NovaStar
Apr 29, 2006, 02:31 AM
Which makes it worse.

R3ptile
Apr 29, 2006, 02:44 AM
You wouldn't ban someone from the list servers just because of chat hacking, though, or else you'd also have to ban jam, Yasco and several others as well.

jam

I chat hack?

R3ptile
Apr 29, 2006, 02:48 AM
You did chat hack AJazz couple of weeks ago or so, and I saw it.

jam
Apr 29, 2006, 02:50 AM
It was not me. People have been chat hacking other people saying "THIS IS JAM" and "I AM THE MOTHER HACKER" and uhh, how lame (www.a167.com/lame.png) is that?

NovaStar
Apr 29, 2006, 03:09 AM
