RR has just merged with AW. Me, Ghost and Jerry are now the 3 leaders of AW. If people get lower than 5 on their tryout they are in RR but higher they are in AW.

Arctic Wolves, AW, is searching for new members! So here's all the necessary info.

HISTORY! *random old historical music*

On the 7th of May 2006 jam and Ghost, previous RR members, left RR and created the Arctic Wolves, AW. On the same day AW was to merge with RR - AW was to be RR and RR was to be now-called Roasters in Training, RiT. The merge, however, did not happen. On the 23rd of May, 16 days into AW's existance jam left to join Cracco Clan, one of the oldest and largest clans, aka CC. Ghost left JJ2 permanently. Leadership was passed to Innocent 3 days later. Then, AW's first clanwar challenge versus new clan Skills Dat Killz, SDK in freestyling 3V3! That never happened due to lack of interest in AW. So here we are now.

On weekends, 3pm GMT +10 for Aussies, 9am GMT for Europeans, Saturday for Arctic Pups, Sunday for Arctic Wolves.

The idea is this: If you are not happy in the clan you are in, you shouldn't wait and linger in that clan any longer than you have to. Of course you should quit a clan you hate and join a clan you like. Jazz is for fun, not for keeping people in a clan they don't like to be in.

I mean, it's not like all clans with one leader die. It's just sometimes when one leader leaves the other leader simply can't run the clan as efficently, and because things are so slow and stuff people leave. This happened with RR. Some clans actually run better when the other leader leaves.

Unfortunately many clans die when one leader leaves and the other leader runs things slower due to lack of people helping. Some clans get another leader and are fine, but very few fully recover from the loss of productivity. Some may have half-recovered and then somehow fall down and die.

Basically it's how your clan was like BEFORE one leader leaves, what the leader that left could actually DO, and what the other leader is CAPABLE OF in running the clan. Got that? Good.

He/she could also choose one or more able Co-Leader(s) who would replace him/her if he/she would ever be unable to lead the clan (temporarily or forever).. while staying the only leader for as long as it takes.. Having two leaders equal in power tends to come with disputes (if the two leaders can't agree on something, what then?).

The applications for the Freestyling team VS SDK close in 4 hours, so hurry! Otherwise the clanwar will be cancelled due to lack of interest, and it seems that's the way it's going.

I'm thinking of having a Clan Council - it'll make the clan much faster.

I made a few mistakes tho, I better get better in thinking under pressure, as several times I went down the hole and got killed from below instead of getting the carrot. I'm a silly racoon at times. Eh.
DAWSON, Kuzmaster's friend, also joined. The tryout was 2-10 my way, but I decided to put him into Arctic Pups, AP. More info on Arctic Pups below. Both of the new members are Australians, and Kuzmaster's an Aussie too. Due to that they use the Australian trainings instead of the European ones. Info below.

We've now got different dates for AW and AP trainings, and different times for Australian and European trainings.
The Australian server will be named "SHADOW HOSTS! AW AUS Training" on Sundays 3pm GMT +10 for the AW Aussies and "SHADOW HOSTS! AP AUS Training" on Saturdays 3pm GMT +10 for the AP Aussies.
The European Server will be named "SHADOW HOSTS! AW EUR Training" on Sundays 9am GMT for the European AWers and Saturdays "SHADOW HOSTS! AP EUR Training" 9am GMT for the European APers.

This is simply because in my time the European trainings begin an hour and a half before my sleep time and the Australian ones 4pm. Hope you all understand.

NEWS: ALL TRYOUTS FOR THIS WEEKEND AND NEXT WEEKEND ARE POSTPONED - I was without the internet for two days until we found what the problem was, an unplugged cable, and I'm going on holiday in Queensland for a week next week. If I get an internet-capable computer withh JJ2 up there I will post, but the chances of that seem unlikely.

The holiday will allow me to think of something that's been in my mind for quite some time - courses. Also this week I'll be looking at who can fill my post when I'm gone. Also I'll be thinking of a general AW server - more on that soon.

Sorry for not being on guys. People have been hogging the comp again *rolleyes*
Anyway, Sainhoune (don't know if I spelt it right) joined us and has a member rank, with a 8-10 result, my way. Medeival left as well. Also I will probly be working overtime to get the trainings up and going again.

RR has requested us to join the RR League. My answer is here: yes. We'll be proud to join the league - just watch out. There may be surprises (I hope). To encourage members who usually wouldn't join anyway, I've decided to... slick back a few... limitations. All members who perform well in the RR league may get...a special something. Ohkay, I'll say. I'm ready, PROMOTION, I'm ready, PROMOTION! Yes, I'll bend some rules I wouldn't usually bend and promotey members who perform well. That means Arctic Pups could be raised to Arctic Wolves, and Arctic Wolves raised to our newest rank, or really just a renaming of the Elite rank, the Arctic Wolverines! This means Questio AW is now an Arctic Wolverine.
