Users will only be able to upload five levels each month, starting today. Users that have reached their limit will be able to upload levels again at the first day of the next calendar month. This has been added to prevent users from uploading a large amount of files in one time.

I really dont like this man!
I dont post even 3 downloads in a month!

Then, why you hate it? It doesn't affect you!

To be fair, this is probably more of a subconscious psychological reaction than an argument / suggestion. When I first saw the notice, my first thought too was along the lines of "what? this isn't fair! i've hardly uploaded anything". Sure, this reaction did not make much sense, which was why I was able to reason with myself. Maybe it was the way in which the notice was phrased, or some other combination of factors.

EDIT: I think it's mainly because the news bit did not give any reasons to rationalize the change. It makes the reader think that he is partly at fault.

I think it's wrong to see the news bit as a accusation. Fquist just wants to keep the "upload flow" low so it doesn't eat up all the bandwidth...

Anyone who checked the downloads wouldn't feel accused.
I saw the latest mass-upload beforehand, and thought the limit was a most excellent idea.

My thoughts exactly, the downloads section has had a sudden explosion of levels. All done by the same guy.

I think it is a good idea, and if you work really hard on your levels it should be difficult to finish all those levels/packs in one month. ;)

Yah.
Why complain when it doesn't effect you?!

I tried to clarify the newspost a bit... of course it's not an accusation of any kind. Not even against people who flood the downloads section by uploading a large batch of uploads. There have been several instances where users uploaded a lot of uploads in one day, or even so many uploads in a month that the downloads section seemed to be full of their uploads - this is not some criminal behaviour, I just hope to prevent it.

Well, I guess he thought that you have to post 5 levels in a month. Of course that's not true. You can upload as many as you want, if it's not more than 5 per month. And I guess that it means 5 uploads and not 5 levels? So a pack of 5 levels and then 4 other uploads is allowed too?

And I guess that it means 5 uploads and not 5 levels? The newspost already said it's 5 uploads...

I think this limit is okay. Nobody wants that the site crashes or something like this because somebody uploads too many files at one time...
