Hi. I've played this game for quite some time, and I've only played against people over a LAN at my school. I decided to do battles on the internet, but I need a clan which plays with the 1.24 version. Any recommendations?

AW is open for 1.23 and TSF players, but AFAIK I'm the only TSFer. Still.

It would be better for you to get 1.23 version, because most of the experienced and skilled players plays only there, however, there are still many people at TSF but I don't know if any clans exist there (as TSF only clan).

Not that you NEED a clan to play online, or anything.

Also, tell the people you play with over LAN to play online too. And how do you find time to play JJ2 at school?

Hey... did your school have some annual School Fair thing? My auntie's a principal, and at the 2000 one I was there and everyone in the library was playing JJ2 (and so was I).

Not to totally go over to that subject, but when I was visiting the university I was going to, before attending it... In the "TT" class, half the people were playing a sobering 2D computer game where you drive a bike instead of listening...
Playing jj2 is a much easier to understand and far more positive contribution, overall... maybe even more than learning about circuitry, programming and filetypes...
Anyway good luck finding yourself a clan, you'll need it if you're looking for a clan in 1.24...
I suggest you get 1.23 since (as forementioned) all the knowledgeable and senior players play in that...

I advice not to end every sentence like this...
That said, I advice every cool guy to join TF or 8D.

Are there any TSF/JJ2 Clans that support "Newbie Mapmaking" and "Lori Friendly Maps" that I could join?
Seeing as this is like a finding a clan thread I may aswell post this..
Oh and I only got TSF, don't got any plans of getting JJ2 1.23

Well...At my school, I'm in charge of all of the computers, keeping them running and installing certain programs the computers need.
So I decided to host a competition, where I installed various games on the computers, including Jazz 2, so far, I'm winning the compition with 790 kills, and killed 46 times, beacuse I was attacked by nearly everyone...
That is why I am on the net, searching for a challenge.
Oh, and don't tell anybody this, but I plan to build a level, with the tileset as a giant picture of Jazz Jackrabbit, like the ballon battle in Super Smash Brothers Melee...
