How do I make a j2e file?

Please could someone tell me how to make a j2e file? I am desperate to make one.

You can create a j2e with a program that isnt distributed because too many j2e's in your jazz2 folder will crash your jazz2, and j2e's are just annoying, so my advice is dont make a j2e. ;D
