At the internet somewhere. Try ebay. You might have luck in a shop which sells older games too.

The whole point of the no-warez-rule is to keep the JCF out of anything. So, yes, he probably won't get punished. Or he will. Maybe.

I am sure that almost everyone knows, but noone will tell you because of the forum's rules. Guys, try avoiding this kind of questions that ask for an "illegal" answer.
