It's version 1.20. I oughta know because I (used to) have that certain CD. ;) It's the UK version released by Black Friar. And yes, it's patchable :p

I have that version as well, and its indeed not 1.23.

That's the CD I had when I first bought JJ2. I got it when it first came out.
