Because, my dear boy, J2O would get in trouble. Not with the police, but with our host. It's been explained several times that linking to any abandonware sites or uploading some ourselves goes against the Terms of Service of said host, and they have the power to ultimately shut J2O down. And we don't want that to happen now, do we?

"So why not find another host that does allow you to?"
That's where the police can come into play, way too risky business. Besides, spreading the JJ games is not among our main priorities.
