Transculent tile don't work anymore in JCS and jazz2, but captio works :(
How can I fix this problem??

Do you have Hardware Acceleration on in JJ2?

Indeed. If you have Hardware Acceleration on you don't see translucent tiles. Put it off and you'll see translucent tiles. If it still doesn't work, then it's really a problem.

Does JJ2 use Alpha Transparency for Translucent tiles?
