Jazz on Mac Intel

Anyone knows anything about running JJ2 on mac Intel computers?
I don't get it running.+ does anyone have a not shareware version?;)

In order to get JJ2 to run on an Intel Mac with OS X, you need to install the 1.2.8 patch, which is floating around on both J2O and the internet (though I'm not sure if there's a shareware patch). They're still selling the retail Mac version on some sites, when last I checked, though I don't know which.
